In a large scale assault, news and hardware communities have spoken up about NVIDIA's GeForce Partner Program (GPP). NVIDIA is recognized the outreach and decided to dismantle and burn the program entirely. Some of the damage has already been done and Add-In-Board partners already have new IP for Radeon graphics.
In early March 2018, NVIDIA launched GPP to further push anti-competitive efforts. The new program is pushing add-in-board partners to hand over their branding to NVIDIA exclusive graphics.
AMD officially launched their second generation Zen based processors codenamed "Pinnacle Ridge" as the successor to the popular "Summit Ridge" first generation. This includes the new Ryzen 7 2700(X) and Ryzen 5 2600(X) series of processors.
